No reason to complain, thanks for a quite comfortable stay. It is a well priced property located in Karol bagh district so close to subway & market and a metro stop, internet cafe, restaurants, also plenty of other hotels in the area and Karol Bagh Market & Metro Station. The place has great and good location near the night market.

the location was great and the services were good. café banter was located 10 minutes walk away. we greatly enjoyed standard queen room provided with nice breakfast and air conditioner, for instance.

Decent services, convenient location

I recently stayed at a city hotel and overall, the services were okay. The staff was quite friendly and approachable. The best aspects of this hotel were the convenient location and fast Wi-Fi offered throughout the building. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to grab a bite to eat. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms was in good condition.

The room I was given was quite dirty. There was significant dust and dirt all over the corners of the room, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Further, breakfast was poor quality and only included toast. It was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer stay, but it could work for a short stay with lower expectations.

Lastly, the location was perfect as it was located in the heart of this city, making it easy for us to go out and explore.
